A self-resetting conveyor switch from Jayashree Electrodevices that operates when the belt sways beyond its permissible limit. The design allows over-travel of the actuating roller, and the switching mechanism is isolated from the roller.

Where it is used
Belt sway switches are mounted along both sides of a belt conveyor to stop the conveyor or raise an alarm when the belt runs off track. They are used with pull cord switches, and can report to a Belt Watch master unit on long conveyors. Tell us the conveyor length, belt width, environment and whether a flameproof or lamp version is needed.
